My Deeper Truth

It’s easy to get stuck, to become convinced that it’s too late to have the life you’d dreamed of, or just plain impossible. Or maybe it even seems impossible to just be happy, comfortable, fulfilled or feel “just right”.

Did you think you’d be happier by now…. wish you were more comfortable, more often…. Maybe you thought that you’d finally “get it right” someday but you haven’t yet….

This is how I felt. The more I tried, the more frustrated I became. I didn’t think I even deserved these things. I desperately wanted to find some answers, but I didn’t know where to turn, or who to turn to.

If you’re searching for that one person who will change your life… take a look in the mirror.

– UNKNOWN

There are lots of mirrors in the world – friends, family, therapists, partners – but I believe the key to making lasting change is being willing and able to see yourself clearly in the mirror. Each of us already has all of the knowledge to heal ourselves if are provided the space – physical, emotional, mental – and the tools to allow it to happen.

If you cut your finger, you might need to put on a band-aid to keep out the dust and germs, but your body knows how to knit itself back together. The same is true for the wounds of our mind. If we can create a safe space in which to heal our traumas our mind will do the rest. With the right mindset and in a safe and supportive setting, you can begin this journey of healing and transformation.

My personal mission is to create a joyful world of love and understanding by listening with compassion. Ketamine helps you open your heart so you can hear your innermost Self, and begin to heal from the inside out.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a unique therapeutic method used to address a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, addiction, and some forms of anxiety. It involves the use of ketamine to enhance and deepen the therapeutic process, and the use of psychotherapy and other integrative forms of treatment to amplify and prolong the curative effects of ketamine.

In moderate doses, ketamine has psychedelic effects, which have been shown to facilitate profound transpersonal experiences. These types of experiences can help people in a variety of ways, offering important clarity and insight into one’s struggles, adding a spiritual dimension to ongoing therapeutic work, and facilitating a sense of meaning and interconnectedness.
